Ann Matino, LCSW

Ann Matino, LCSW, is a seasoned behavioral health leader with over two decades of experience driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and team development across diverse treatment settings. Currently serving as Clinical Director for the Southern Region at Charlie Health, Ann has played a pivotal role in scaling clinical operations, growing her team from four to fifty therapists in just two years. She leads strategic initiatives in care delivery, measurement-based outcomes, and clinician performance, ensuring high-quality, client-centered treatment.

Ann Matino earned her Master of Social Work from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The College of William and Mary. She holds clinical licensure in multiple states, including AL, AZ, CO, LA, MT, NV, TN, TX, UT, and WA. She specializes in trauma-informed care, program expansion, and evidence-based treatment for complex mental health and substance use disorders.
