Kathleen M. Douglass, MA, LCPC, is a Clinical Supervisor at Charlie Health with extensive experience in clinical supervision, counseling, and leadership within mental health and senior living sectors. At Charlie Health, she oversees the clinical performance of 20 therapists, ensuring that clinical practices meet both organizational standards and client needs. She also plays a key role in training and mentoring new hires and is involved in cross-functional teams focused on improving client care and resolving any issues that arise. Additionally, Kathleen conducts compliance audits to ensure the quality and consistency of clinical documentation.

Kathleen earned her Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling Psychology from a CACREP-accredited program and has held various leadership roles in healthcare and senior living communities.
