This role is perfect for someone who has:
- Previous expertise working with teens and/or young adults in both individual and group settings (highly preferred)

Care Coach
Charlie Health is looking for motivated and passionate individuals to serve our incredible clients as Care Coaches.
Care Coaches at Charlie Health are individuals who advocate for mental health and are personally passionate about ensuring successful, sustainable healing journeys.
We’re looking for Care Coach candidates who are:
- Empathetic and validating
- Excited to provide motivation and support to encourage clients to continue to engage in treatment
- Provide risk screenings and safety planning
- Engage clients with skills-based interventions and act as a resource throughout each client’s time in treatment
Clinical Admissions Associate
Charlie Health is looking for dynamic individuals to serve as Clinical Admissions Associate. Clinical Admissions Associates are responsible for meeting with clients upon admission, building rapport, completing biopsychosocial assessments, and establishing treatment needs.
This role is perfect for someone with:
- A collaborative spirit who thrives working cross-functionally
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Experience working with teens and young adults (preferred)
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions (preferred)
- Master’s degree in mental health, social work, or related field (required)
Group Facilitator (Master’s required, contract role)
Charlie Health is hiring exceptional candidates with a Master’s degree in mental health and previous work experience facilitating groups to provide telehealth services to our adolescent and adult clients.

Primary Therapist
Charlie Health is hiring skilled and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote mental health treatment to our adolescent and adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.
This role is perfect for you if you’re:
- Well-versed in a variety of modalities and feel confident integrating them into your treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, and/or MI certification is a plus)
- Confident working with teens and adults
- Passionate about the benefits of group therapy and skilled in conducting group sessions
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Creative and engaging, especially over video
