In their words

What our families & alumni are saying

“Having someone to talk to or people to listen really helped me.”

I came into this situation thinking I didn’t need as much help as some of the others I was in group with, but as time went by, I realized it’s good to open up and talk about things that I’m dealing with, no matter how big or small. Having someone to talk to or people to listen really helped me.

—Jamelia S.

“I am sad to go, but I know I have surpassed my goals.”

Charlie Health has given me a whole lot of peace and stability. I feel so much better than when I first started this program, and I have had a huge amount of support from my therapist and group facilitators. I am sad to go, but I know I have surpassed my goals within this program.

—Savannah Buskirk

“The overall sense of community, even in a virtual setting, was very helpful to my recovery.”

Before I started, I saw a review online where someone mentioned “[Charlie Health] might have saved my life.” I can 100% agree with this statement now that I have been through treatment myself. Charlie Health came into my life when I was at my lowest, and in the span of IOP, I have improved immensely. I felt supported for the entirety of my time in the program. The Care Team was excellent at communication; I got into a group almost immediately, and overall, everyone from Charlie Health was so attentive to my needs. I learned so much from my time in this program, and I appreciate from the bottom of my heart the love and support that I have received from the Charlie Health team. I enjoyed the diversity in the program and how we were introduced to many group therapists who all had amazing things to bring to the table. The overall sense of community, even in a virtual setting, was very helpful to my recovery. The program’s flexibility allowed me to complete IOP while in school and even when I was traveling out of the state. I highly recommend Charlie Health to anyone in need of an IOP that is dedicated to your healing journey. I will be joining the alumni groups, which is another amazing thing Charlie Health offers! Thank you so much to everyone who has helped me in this challenging but rewarding process. I will continue to carry all of the things I have learned here when coping with adversity.
