Sarah Lyter is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has been practicing for nearly a decade. She has worked primarily with adolescents, individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders, and individuals with a history of trauma in a variety of settings. Sarah has worked at Charlie Health for about 2 years and loves seeing how seemingly small changes in behaviors, thoughts, or emotions can create sustainable change that fosters happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives for our clients.
